At Symbolically Adopt a Species, we want you to be fully satisfied with your adoption package; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on physical merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital adoption certificates are non-refundable once issued due to their immediate delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the plush toy, printed certificates, and any included accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus original shipping costs.
